About

Craig Bazarsky started his career as a corporate and securities attorney for Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia and New York City. He focused on mid-market mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance for publicly traded companies, and state regulatory compliance for insurance companies. He left Drinker in 2017 to focus on single and multi-tenant ground up commercial real estate in the Tampa area and formed BendinRoad Development, LLC to acquire and develop commercial sites primarily for national retailers. He has worked with and developed for Buffalo Wild Wings, Sherwin Williams, EyeGlass World, Pacific Dental, Tropical Smoothie, Deca Dental, Einstein Bagel and Mission BBQ. Craig has also worked on ground up multifamily apartments in the Tampa MSA. He is currently building an 8-story, 104 unit building in Tampa and will be breaking ground on an 8 story, 97 unit building in St. Petersburg.
