Shops at Stelling North

This is a 17,400sf ground up commercial retail development on US-301 in Riverview. BendinRoad is providing fee services to the landlord including: rezoning, leasing, permitting, financing, development and disposition. The groundbreaking was in January 2023 and it is expected to be completed in Q3, 2023. Leases are signed with Mission BBQ and Einstein Bagel. BendinRoad is working on several other LOIs/leases for the remaining space.

Shops at Symmes Phase II

This is a commercial retail building pad for a 4,500sfbuilding. This is located at US-301 and Symmes, one of the best intersections in Riverview, catty corner to a Public anchored shopping center. Phase I of the project was completed in 2022 with Pacific Dental, Tropical Smoothie and Knockouts. All site infrastructure was completed during Phase I. The building in currently in design.

The Residences at 701 Whiting

This is a 104 unit midrise apartment complex in downtown Tampa. It is currently under construction with an estimated completion date of Summer 2024. BendinRoad partnered with Landings Real Estate Group to purchase and develop the property. The site is just steps from Amalie Arena, Tampa's scenic riverwalk and the $3.5B Water Street mega development. It will have state of the art amenities including a 3rd story pool, fitness center, co-working space and lounge. In addition, the units will be furnished with Ori’s Cloud Bed (orilinving.com) providing expandable furniture.

The Residences at 1663 1st Ave

This is a 97 unit midrise apartment complex in the Edge District of St. Petersburg. BendinRoad partnered with Landings Real Estate Group to purchase and develop the property. The site in currently in permitting and groundbreaking is expected Q1 of 2024. It will have state of the art amenities including a 5th story pool, fitness center, co-working space and lounge. In addition, the units will be furnished with Ori’s Cloud Bed (orilinving.com) providing expandable furniture.

Big Bend Pad

This is a one acre commercial pad on Big Bend Road in Riverview. BendinRoad is a fee developer for the Landlord and providing leasing, permitting, financing and development services. It is located on one of the most highly trafficked roads in the area with quick access to I-75. The site is currently in design and will have a coffee user as well as a 5,000sf retail strip center.

US-41 Pad

This is a two acre commercial pad on Big Bend Road in Riverview. BendinRoad is a fee developer for the Landlord providing leasing, permitting, financing and development services. The site has access to both US-301 and SR 41. It is currently in design and will be a mix of a single tenant user and commercial strip center.
