Shops at Stelling South
This is a ground up 13,200sf commercial retail center located directly across from a Sprouts anchored shopping center on the main corridor in Riverview. Previously vacant agricultural land, BendinRoad successfully rezoned the property in 2020 despite resistance from County staff by working with residential neighbors to mitigate the impact of the development on their homes. BendinRoad received permits in 2021 and completed the buildings in 2022. There was significant offsite work including building new roads and bringing in utilities from nearby streets. The buildings were fully leased within 2 months of breaking ground to Sherwin Williams, EyeGlass World, Deca Dental, Greenbrook Medical and Token Ramen.

Shops at Symmes Phase I
This is a ground up 5,800sf retail building located at the intersection of US-301 and Symmes Road catty corner to a Publix anchored shopping center. BendinRoad worked with three land owners over 2 years to compile 7 commercial and residential lots. Once compiled, BendinRoad rezoned the site to commercial and then received permits. The site required extensive onsite work including underground storm vaults and extensive offsite work including a right turn lane. The site was fully leased prior to Certificate of Occupancy to Pacific Dental, Tropical Smoothie Café and Knockouts Hair Salon.

Buffalo Wild Wings Bradenton
This is a ground lease to Buffalo Wild Wings at the corner of Cortez Road and 44th street, one of the busiest intersections in Bradenton. BendinRoad leased to the largest BWW franchisee and it has subsequently become a corporate owned location. The lease required extensive cross access and parking negotiations as it is part of a bigger commercial center.

Buffalo Wild Wings Trinity
This was an existing BWW that was purchased from a franchisee of BWW in Trinity, one of the fastest growing suburbs in Tampa. The Franchisee had the option to purchase the site from the original developer but instead, worked with BendinRoad on a sale leaseback.
